Download the new firmware for the unit:

Please extract the contents of the folder within this
file to the root of a Micro SD/SDHC card formatted as FAT32. This needs to be a
minimum of 512MB in size.
You do not need to remove any files from the card, just
ensure the files are in the root directory e.g.

|factory_update_param.aml
|u-boot-aml-tssx.bin
|u-boot-aml-ucl.bin
|uImage_recovery

To update your firmware, please follow the below. CAUTION
THIS PORCESS IS COMPLETELY DESTRUCTIVE TO YOUR DATA AND WILL RESET THE MACHINE
TO HOW IT CAME OUT OF THE FACTORY.
Please insert the SD/SDHC card in to the unit and fully
power off the unit by holding the power button down for ten seconds.
Press and hold the up volume and power key at the same
time
A message that says ‘upgrading please wait’ will appear
Please wait for the unit to reboot
When the unit has reloaded, use the unit as normal.
